The Practice:

• Private practice spine opportunity with city's dominant group
• Group is seeking to add another fellowship-trained Spine Surgeon to cover the full range of spine cases from MIS to complex spine
• Be busy with spine cases from the start!
• Group has 3 PM&R physicians helping move appropriate spine cases along to the surgeon
• Little competition for spine
• First-year salary guarantee with production bonuses and benefits package
• 1-year partnership track
• Cases are managed at two hospitals in the area and out of a practice-owned ASC with multiple ORs
• Group has ancillary income from Physical and Occupational Therapy Centers
• Limited ER call
