• 6-Surgeon practice with 2 midlevel providers and 8 PTs
• Seeking a Physician with total joint skills
• Walk into a busy total joint practice
• Candidate can anticipate doing well over 200 joints in a short period of time
• Potential to do 350-400 joints once ramped up
• Group is very well-run and collegial
• Doctors in this group have an excellent work/life balance
• New office location with in-house physical therapy
• Two-year partnership track
• 1:6 ER call schedule at one hospital
