General Surgeon with Colorectal Focus Needed in Virginia

Join a premier surgical team with access to robotics and strong specialty support in a historic Virginia city. Bariatric training or experience is welcome, not a requirement. 

The Practice:

• Step into a growing, well-supported practice at a 300-bed hospital
• Seeking surgeons experienced in colon cancer, anorectal disease, and colonoscopy
• Colorectal fellowship preferred but not required
• Balanced scope of work with a mix of OR time, clinic hours, and Level III trauma/general surgery call
• Manageable call schedule – 1:4 with 7 days/month of 24-hour call
• Supportive surgical ecosystem including Epic EMR, da Vinci robotics, 24/7 anesthesia, strong internal referral network
• Bariatric experience welcome, but not a requirement
• Full benefits including CME, malpractice, and relocation support
