Anesthesia Job in Coastal North Carolina

The Practice:

• Group consists of 9 FTE Anesthesiologists and 22 CRNAs
• Care Model – 4:1 Medical Direction model
• First cases begin approximately 7:15–7:30 AM
• Diverse and complex anesthesia case mix including Orthopedics, Urology, OB/GYN, General Surgery, Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Electrophysiology (EP), Endoscopy
• "Waterfall” scheduling model
• Practice time shared between Main OR and ASC
• Night float week call structure
• House call with 15-minute callback time
• TEE experience or training preferred (TEE training course can be arranged if needed)
• Regional anesthesia experience required
• $600k salary with $125k signing bonus
