Join an established Midwest hospital group near the city of Peoria. Outpatient family medicine position with participation in nursing home rounds. Family medicine office is connected to a hospital with ancillary testing and specialty support.

The Practice
- Outpatient position
- Opportunity for nursing home roundsÂ
- Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM or 4- 10 hour days
- Call rotation is M-M every 6 weeks
- EPIC EMR
