This organization offers an incoming Glaucoma Specialist an active patient base with an established referral network, dedicated clinical support, and access to two ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).

• Practice setting: Practice outpatient Glaucoma Ophthalmology in the Northwest Atlanta region
• Patient volume: See approximately 35 patients per day
• Surgical volume: Anticipate 10–20 surgical cases and 8–15 laser procedures per week
• Schedule flexibility: Begin with a surgery and laser schedule every other week, with room to expand as volume grows
• Practice call: Take practice call approximately six weeks per year, with additional compensation
• Hospital call: Expect no hospital call requirement
