Physician‑managed multispecialty Gastroenterology opportunity in the Pacific Northwest, offering high procedural volume, 11 weeks of PTO, flexible schedules, and strong long‑term earnings in a scenic, outdoor‑friendly community.
The Practice:
- Physician-owned and governed multispecialty group (physicians truly have a role in running the organization)
- Current team has 8 Gastroenterologists (4 General, 3 Therapeutic and 1 Hepatologist)
- They are interested in adding General, Therapeutic Endoscopy, IBD and Hepatology trained GIs to their team
- 4 and 5 day workweek schedules available
- 1:8 call
- 70% procedures and 30% clinic
- 14-16 procedures per day
- 11 weeks of PTO
- First year salary guarantee followed by a strong RVU compensation rate
- One year partnership track with ancillary income from other assets owned by the medical group
- J1 visa support is available
