• Provide robotic and open surgery in a mission-driven hospital
• Join a collaborative team with surgical and anesthesia support staff
• Share 1:4 general surgery call with hospitalist and OR team backup
• Perform minimally invasive cases with da Vinci Xi and Mako systems
• Grow your practice with strong referrals and clinical independence
