The Practice:

• Join an independent, private group of physician owners who contract exclusively with one healthcare facility
• 12 physicians and 4 CRNA’s cover a diverse range of cases including General, Bariatric, Orthopedic, Robotic, Urology, Endo GI, Bronchoscopy, Vascular, Pediatric Dental, Cath Lab and OB-GYN
• Cardiac anesthesia is available but not a requirement
• No neurosurgery
• Manage a mix of your own cases with supervision of nurse anesthetists in a care team model
• Physicians own the practice as equal partners
• Full partnership is achieved in an eighteen-month timeframe
• Compensation, workload-call (1 in 6), and vacation (8 weeks) are considered very competitive when compared regionally and nationally
• Competitive compensation package with bonuses
