Join a team of three Urologists and one Pediatric Urologist in a busy Pennsylvania lakefront practice! Offering a very competitive base salary guarantee, plus incentives.    

The Practice:

• Join a team of 3 Urologists and 1 Pediatric Urologist
• 1:5 call
• Large catchment area of northwestern Pennsylvania and northeastern Ohio
• Possible visa sponsorship
• Base guarantee with RVU incentives
• Average compensation package is higher than the MGMA average
