The Practice:

• Employed position in a supportive group setting
• 700-bed facility with 4 ICUs, closed model
• Academic component
• Pulmonary/Critical Care call is 1:5
• Intensivist FTE 7 on/off block schedule
• EBUS/navigational bronchoscopy
