The Practice:

• Join Connecticut’s premier orthopedic group
• Group has decades of experience with state-of-the-art surgical techniques
• Practice is recruiting an Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join their well-established group 
• Increased demand for trauma related cases – build your trauma practice quickly
• Candidates who are trauma trained and interested in 85% trauma practice / 15% general ortho would be a good fit
• Collaborative environment with 12 Orthopedic Surgeons, 2 Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians, 11 Physician Assistants and a full medical staff of occupational therapists, physical therapists, athletic trainers, RNs, LPNs and x-ray technologists
• Unique position across 2 large health systems one of which is Level I and the other moving to a Level II facility
• Establish an extremely successful trauma practice
• Ownership in practice, real estate and ambulatory surgery centers
• Shareholder potential over 90% MGMA
