  • When you complete an online form on our website, we may collect information such as your first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, physical address, professional or employment-related information, including your salary expectations, and online user account details.  We will keep a record of that correspondence in accordance with our established retention protocol. 
  • If you are interested in our Services, we may collect Personal Information and other information about you in connection with your search needs including without limitation, your name (first and last), company name, job title, job function, job level, industry, placement challenges, current recruitment model, your location, experience working with our industry, purpose of attendance (at an event), size of opportunity, and type of placement needs.

We use a candidate’s Personal Information to: 

  • Provide our Services to the candidate, including making the candidate aware of placement opportunities and other developments. 
  • Provide our Services to Clients, including fulfilling the Client’s search requests and serving Client’s needs so as to promote a strong business relationship.   
  • We use the Personal Information of an individual who has applied to work at our Company to evaluate the employment application(s) for a position with our Company. 
  • We may use your Personal Information for commercial purposes such as for marketing and promotional purposes, statistical analysis of users’ behavior, content improvement and the layout of our website.   
  • We may use your Personal Information whenever is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party), which includes comply with applicable laws and regulations, check that you are legally entitled to work, manage our search and placement processes, maintain effective marketing, and ensure network and information security.
