I contacted St. John Associates approximately 10 years ago seeking assistance with our physician recruitment needs in pulmonary and critical care medicine. We had been working with a couple different contingency recruiting firms but we were unsuccessful in filling our position. We also spent a considerable amount of money working with a retained recruiting firm, unfortunately, that did not produce a successful candidate for our opening.
