Operate within a high-volume, high-acuity environment with protected OR access, robotic tools, 1:4 call, and a strong team culture—plus academic growth as residency launches. 

The Practice:

• Share 1:4 call on a dedicated acute care surgery service with protected OR time
• Operate in a high-volume, tech-equipped OR with da Vinci Xi access
• Manage a broad mix of urgent general surgery and abdominal pathology
• Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, ED, and full anesthesia team
• Lead and mentor as general surgery residency launches in 2 years
• Build your academic presence with system-wide support and CME
