The Practice:
- Join an independent group of 35 docs, 90 CRNAs
- 17 outpatient sites, primarily surgery centers and dental offices
- You can create your job
- Cover a variety of cases, but currently no hospital cases
- W2 partnership track, 2 years to partnership
- 80-90% supervision
- No call, no weekends or evenings
- 8 weeks vacation
- 40-50 hour work week – this is a special gig!
- 7 am – 3 or 4 pm work days
