The Practice:

• Newly created Division Chief of Hospitalist Medicine role
• Develop the strategic vision for the Division of Hospital Medicine
• Manage the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care with team of hospitalists
• Implement improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
• Work in highly collaborative environment with other deparments, including Case Management, Nursing, Emergency Medicine, and Palliative Care
• Collaborate with Internal Medicine Residency leadership to promote a comprehensive educational program for residents and medical clerkship programs
• At least 5 years of Hospitalist experience, including leadership experience, preferred
