The Practice:

• No ER call
• 3 year partnership track
• Competitive compensation and full range of benefits
• All spine elective practice. Full range of adult and degenerative spine cases
• Out-of-network payer base- payer mix is out of network commercial, WC, No Fault (PI ), self-pay
• Some PI/WC- payer mix is out of network commercial, WC, No Fault (PI ), self-pay
• Cover multiple offices in NYC metro area
• Practice already has hospital OR Block time
• two PA’s from day-one. One clinical PA to assist during office hours and first assist in the O.R. Another PA for the practice who handles administrative tasks, patient call backs, prescription refills, etc. 
• Academic mentoring if desired
