Florida Cardiothoracic Surgery Job

Practice near sunny Tampa! Ideal candidate has experience with aortic disease, valve repair and replacement to include open and endovascular aortic procedures. Employed position.

The Practice:

• Join an established practice and growing service line
• Practice alongside another cardiothoracic surgeon and 3 APPs experienced in endo vein harvesting
• CVICU, two heart surgery rooms, strong perfusion, dedicated hybrid-OR, and dedicated EP and Cath services
• Three cardiac anesthesiologists
• Practice currently performs coronary revascularization, valve repair and replacements as well as broad based thoracic surgery
• Several advanced cardiothoracic surgical programs, including TAVR, minimally invasive cardiac and robotic thoracic surgery, as well as aortic surgery and ECMO
• Ideal candidate has experience with aortic disease, valve repair and replacement to include open and endovascular aortic procedures
• Experience with TAVR preferred
• Minimally invasive lung surgery skills desired
• Experience is required
