The Practice:

• Seeking a Family Medicine physician to join the well-established office comprised of eight practicing family physicians, along with midlevel providers
• Candidate must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• The physician will be responsible for outpatient call only creating a sustainable balance between professional goals and personal life
• The candidate will have access to, and will work closely with the specialty care network
