• Vascular Surgeon needed to lead the development of a new vascular surgery program
• Employed opportunity with a strong foundation for growth
• 100% Vascular Focus
• No general surgery call unless voluntarily accepted
• Outpatient-oriented position
• Strong procedural volume with 8–10 procedures per week, with 1–2 dedicated OR days
• Opportunity to establish and lead a vein clinic (infrastructure already exists; optional)
• Hybrid OR access with advanced endovascular capabilities to support complex cases
• Brand new hospital is in development, breaking ground in 2027
• Emphasis on radiofrequency (RF) ablation and venous closure skills
• Guaranteed base salary with transition to wRVU-based production model
