• Hospital-employed position
• Interventional Pain management practice
• Work in conjunction with CEO, Orthopedics and Primary Care physicians to build an Interventional Pain program
• Monday through Friday schedule with potential for a 4-day work week
• Outpatient clinic shares campus with Critical Access Hospital
