The Practice:

• One physician, 3 APPs
• Outpatient-only (no inpatient or ER)
• ‘Phone call’ only – 1 day per week and 1:5 weekend
• Average patients/day varies – APPs seeing 12-14, physician seeing 20-22
• 4-day work week (longer days)
