• Practice General GI with Advanced Endoscopy Procedures
• Join a group of 5 providers
• Group is adding to cover for a retiring physician (he has been with the practice for 46 years)
• The retiring physician has a strong backlog of cases (very quick ramp up time for a new physician)
• 1:6 call, 2 weekends per year and 1-3 nights per month
• Group has their own dedicated endoscopy center
• 1-year salary guarantee then productivity model
• Student loan forgiveness
