The Practice:

• Hospitalist role has a flexible schedule – mostly days
• 14 shifts per month – Hospitalists will cover 2 nights per month until Nocturnist team is at full staffing
• Current team has 9 physicians and support from APPs
• Cerner EMR
• Extra shifts have incentivized compensation
