Cardiothoracic Surgery Job in North Carolina's Triad Region

Highly awarded team is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic surgeon highly skilled in mitral valve procedures. This is a great opportunity for an early to mid-career surgeon!

The Practice:

• Established surgical group is seeking a well-trained, highly motivated Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join the team
• Experience in Mitral Valve and Structural heart surgery, TAVR, TEVAR, and ventricular assist devices are preferred
• Hospital-employed practice with a top-ranked non-profit organization
• Highly awarded Cardiothoracic surgical team includes five ABTS-certified surgeons
• Cardiac surgical volume has been steadily increasing due to growth in valve repair and replacement, minimally invasive surgery, TAVR, and LVAD
• Facility is home to a multidisciplinary thoracic oncology program
• State-of-the-art operating rooms, 3 dedicated cardiac rooms, an additional hybrid OR with full cardiac capabilities, and a fifth room designed for complex thoracic procedures
• Ideal candidate is comfortable with both cardiac and/or thoracic procedures, specifically mitral valve procedures
