- Join a group of 2 OBGYNs(1 has been there for 20 years and the other for 12) and an OB
- Adding due to very high demand, be busy from day one
- The group delivers about 500 births per year
- Shared call coverage with the OB department at the hospital
- Compensation in the 75th percentile of MGMA in RVUs
- $50,000 home purchase incentive, signing bonus, relocation bonus and loan reimbursement
