Medical Director needed in Dayton Area

The Practice:

• Step in and lead a team of Associate Medical Directors overseeing tissue bank operations
• Evaluate donor charts for eligibility
• Expect to lead policy development, record review tissue donor evaluation, evaluate adverse reactions, recalls of tissue grafts, and (tissue related) family notification and counseling for abnormal test results
• Develop donor chart evaluation process
• Review criteria in accordance with FDA, CDC, and AATB
• Act as a spokesperson for organization with the public, media and medical community
• Lead education of staff
• Participate in strategic planning, budget development, program and policy development, facilities planning, and quality assurance activities
