Replace a retiring physician in small town Minnesota. Broad scope family medicine practice providing care in clinic, hospital and emergency department. 4-day work week.    

The Practice:

• Replace a retiring physician
• Broad scope family medicine practice providing care in clinic, hospital and emergency department
• Clinicians consists of physicians and APPs
• 5 APPs in clinic, 1 APP always in the hospital
• Call is 1:4 weekend, varies for weekdays
• 4-day work week
• Average patients/day is15-18
• Shared nursing home responsibility on a monthly basis
• EMR is Epic
• Nationally competitive compensation plan
• Benefits package including health, dental and vision
• CME allowance
• Malpractice insurance and tail coverage
• Relocation allowance
