Southwestern Minnesota Rural Family Medicine Job

Practice alongside 2 physicians and 3 APPs in an established clinic setting. Traditional practice mix of outpatient / inpatient family medicine with some ER coverage required.

The Practice:

• Established Family Medicine practice connected to a critical access hospital
• Practice alongside 2 physicians and 3 APPs in clinic setting
• Mix of outpatient and inpatient coverage with some ER coverage
• Call is 1 weekend per month and 1 night each week
• Monday through Friday schedule with on-call physician covering Saturday clinic hours 9am to Noon
• 14-16 patients/day average
• Inpatient daily census is typically 5-7 patient
• Hospital averages 80 ER visits/month
