Peaceful, family-friendly small town seeking dedicated physician to join an established community practice. Employed position with FQHC status. Call is favorable, phone only. 

The Practice:

• Join an established community practice
• Employed position with Rural FQHC (HPSA Score is 18)
• Monday through Friday schedule (option for 4-day work week if interested)
• Average patients seen: 18+
• Call is phone only, after RN Triage
