• Significant foot & ankle patient volume from the start
• Opportunity to do significant amounts of procedures for all aspects of foot & ankle, from complex total ankle replacement to all foot related injuries
• 8 Orthopedic surgeons and a busy PMR physician
• Efficiently run practice with 6 PA-Cs supporting their surgeons
• Busy PT on site
• Partnership opportunity available 
• Ancillary income opportunities are present with physical therapies, DME, and surgery center already in place
