Deliver complex reconstructive care, aesthetic services, and microsurgery in a collaborative academic setting with opportunities for trauma, hand, and gender-affirming cases.

The Practice:

• Perform breast reconstruction, hand, trauma, and aesthetic procedures
• Teach medical students and residents in an academic environment
• Access microsurgery tools, EMR, on-site clinic, and advanced imaging
• Collaborate with ENT, ortho, OMFS, and dermatology teams
• Share limited call within a supportive, hospital-based group
• Build subspecialty lines in trauma, gender-affirming, or aesthetic care
