The Practice:

• The position is outpatient with shared hospital call 
• Call will be 1/3 but has the potential of being 1/4
• 4 – 4.5 days a week – clinic
• 2 other IMs in the outpatient clinic
• Must be able to do codes, vent management, and lines
• Open ICU – no intensivist or pulmonologist
• Competitive compensation – sign on bonus, relocation, base salary plus production
