The Practice:
- Hospital-employed position
- General ENT
- Join 5 physicians, 4 audiologists, and 3 NPs
- Shared call – 1:6 with no trauma
- 20-30 patients per day; all age range; 12+ surgeries per week
- Very busy practice
- Replace a retiring physician
- Competitive compensation in line with MGMA
