The Practice:

• Physician-led group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine & Sports Medicine
• Split time between the group's main clinic and their outreach facilities
• Ideally looking for a physician with strong MSK skills (including spine diagnosis and treatment)
• Group does ultrasound-guided injections for peripheral joints and some peripheral nerves
• Preferred, but not required skills: experience in EMG, regenerative medicine, percutaneous needle tenotomy (PNT), headache care, and Botox administration
