- Estimated 60% foot & ankle from the start with rapid build-up

- Practice owns its own ambulatory surgery center, MRI, physical therapy and other ancillary services
- Reasonable ER call coverage, $1,200 per night in community hospital
- Base salary in the $600K range + collection incentive
