Illinois Orthopedic Trauma Surgery Job

Provide trauma and general orthopedic call coverage with an employed group that has both Level I and Level II trauma cases.

The Practice:

• Employed opportunity with a physician group
• Provide trauma and general orthopedic call coverage
• Level 1 and Level II trauma
• This position involves managing acute orthopedic cases presenting through the ED, with a strong focus on general orthopedics, including hip fractures, hemiarthroplasty, wrist and ankle fractures, and more
• Enjoy a convenient schedule
• Block schedule with 10+ days per month
• 300+ providers in the system
• Patient base of 300,000 in a tri-state area
• Competitive Compensation with Base at or near $850,000
• Medical education debt forgiveness over five years
• Signing bonus
