- Nobody in the region is fellowship trained in Total Joints, and all complex cases get sent away
- Join established hospital-based orthopedic practice

- Hospital will promote and market sub-specialty skills
- 1 in 3 call, and any additional call days will be compensated by hospital
- Comprehensive employment package will include base salary in the $550K – $650K range, sign on bonus, relocation allowance, student loan forgiveness, paid benefits and paid malpractice
