• Full staff of mid-level providers 
• Significant need for another fellowship trained pediatric orthopedic surgeon
• Pediatric Orthopedic program already in place
• Busy pediatric surgeon easing in on retirement
• Ideal start time would be summer 2025 but flexible for the right candidate
