The practice:

- Looking for a specialty-focused orthopedic Trauma specialist
- Get paid $2100 per 24 hour shift at a busy Level 2 Trauma center
- Compensated call is in addition to the competitive base salary and production incentives
- Take between 5 and 8 trauma days per month, and possibly more if you choose
