- Hospital employed position
- Solo practice – pursue your vision for your own Urology practice
- DaVinci Robotics experience is beneficial but not necessary
- Call of 1:3
- 260 bed facility includes 13 ORs and 2 cystoscopy suites
- Hospital is in excellent financial condition and will be a perfect long-term destination
- PCP base is owned by hospital – no marketing footwork necessary
- Compensation includes salary guarantee and bonus model that rewards QOS and work RVUs
