The practice:
- Hospital employed opportunity
- 60-bed behavioral health center with 28 geriatric beds
- Work with three full-time psychiatrists
- Enjoy the support of four APRNs
- Half day in the outpatient clinic and half with inpatients
- Conduct hospital consults as needed
- Competitive compensation + incentive bonus

- Call will eventually be 1:7 or 1:8
- Compensated call every 3rd weekend
