- Established and successful orthopedic group of 5 soon to be 6 physicians
- Need to add a Foot & Ankle specialist
- No one in the group is fellowship trained in foot & ankle
- Area is in great need of a foot & ankle specialist
- Immediate volume of cases
- One large office complex
- MRI, PT, DME ownership
- After one year simple buy-in to real estate and ancillaries
- Majority of your cases will be out of one hospital
- ER call is reasonable with very little real trauma
