The practice:
- Not-for-profit
- 100% Outpatient
- 40 hrs. per week
- Team of 3 Nurse Practitioners and 6 Psychiatrists
- Extra pay for telephonic call
- 20 days’ vacation, 3 personal days, 5 sick days, 9 paid holidays, 3 unpaid sick days, and 5 days of unpaid leave
- 5 paid staff development days per year plus $2,500 for education related expenses
- Full cost of malpractice occurrence insurance premiums plus M-Care fund
- Licensure and DEA Licensure renewal
- Annual Membership fees and dues limited to APA membership and hospital staff dues
- Psychiatrist is eligible to participate in the flexible benefits effective the first of a calendar month following 30 days of employment
