The Practice:
- All inpatient
- 26 beds
- 70% Adults/30% Adolescent (ages 14+)
- Average length of stay is 7 days
- Crisis team is in place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to calls and walk-ins
- Multi-disciplinary team: RN’s, Social Workers, Therapists, Psych Techs, and Nurse Practitioners
- Typical work day: Treatment team meets in the morning to review cases, clinical discussion and divide up schedule, 1-2 consults in the main house, 2-6 patients admitted or discharged per day, 6-8 patients partial hospitalization (Monday-Friday)
