- Be busy from day one with practice booked out three months for joints
- Be the only fellowship trained joint surgeon on the team
- Service area of 300,000 in an 11-county region
- Four orthopedic surgeons + PM&R in the group
- One year guaranteed salary plus productivity
- Potential for seven-figure annual earnings
- ER call of 1:4 and general call is required
