The practice:

• 100% Critical Care with a dominant multispecialty group
• 300+ bed full service acute care facility offering state-of-art care
• 28 bed ICU that’s expanding to 32 beds
• 16 shifts per month, some nights required
• Schedule is usually 3-6 shifts in a row, flexible
• Advanced technology in ICU includes CRRT, inter-cranial pressure monitoring, non-invasive cardiac output monitoring, and smart infusion pumps
• ICUs also equipped with customizable protocol reminders and multi-language translators (for patients who speak limited English)
• Pulmonary board certification required
